Donna Ackerly founded Lioness Consulting LLC in 2023. She is a seasoned corporate governance professional with a proven track record of successful leadership spanning decades. Specializing in proxy solicitations for public and private corporations, including annual and special meetings, proxy contests, mergers and acquisitions, SPACs, and corporate actions, Donna has been a trusted advisor to a diverse range of clients, from newly public enterprises to established corporations across various market capitalizations.
Beginning her career with Georgeson Inc. in 1980, Donna honed her expertise through a hands-on approach, evolving into a vital contributor to each client's executive and advisory team. In 2016, she brought her wealth of knowledge to Laurel Hill Advisory Group, a boutique proxy solicitation firm, where she notably established an advisory and solicitation practice for SPACs and introduced additional service offerings for companies at different stages of growth.
As a key advisor, Donna actively manages client relationships, engaging directly with senior management and collaborating with external legal, financial, and communications advisors. Her comprehensive skill set spans Solicitation Execution, Corporate Governance Advisory, Comprehensive Knowledge of Federal and State Statutes, and more.
Donna has actively participated in hundreds of board meetings throughout her career where her insights have proven invaluable. At Lioness Consulting LLC, Donna continues to be a driving force in elevating corporate governance and proxy solicitation practices for businesses navigating the complexities of today's dynamic business landscape.

About Keith Haynes
Chief Operating Officer, Lioness Consulting LLC.
Keith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in senior executive level leadership, relationship management, sales, marketing and new business development.
He is a veteran of the proxy, investor relations and corporate governance advisory industry with over 25 years managing thousands of proxy solicitation campaigns, including M&A transactions, proxy contests and corporate actions projects.
Keith began his career with Georgeson Inc. where he became a Senior Managing Director and advised clientele ranging from newly public companies to some of the largest corporations in the US, gaining a reputation for dispensing valuable insight in connection with a myriad of issues, including Executive Compensation, Independent Board Chair, Board and Committee Composition, Shareholder Rights and Defenses, Social and Environmental Issues, Mutual Funds, Written Consents, Shareholder Compositions, Vote Analyses and Shareholder Meeting Post-Mortems.
He previously served as a Manager of Investor Relations at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Business Development roles in a variety of industries including Staffing and Recruiting at Manpower Group
Beyond his professional duties, Keith is passionate about mentoring young talent and has actively participated in mentoring programs for junior and senior college interns as well as life skill initiatives geared toward at-risk youth. Additionally, he has served as a speaker and coach at parent company and industry symposiums, delivering presentations on key corporate governance topics. Keith holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Williams College in Williamstown, MA. His educational background and industry credentials form an exceptional foundation for his professional acumen.
